Job responsibilities:  
\- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.  
\- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.  
\- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.  
\- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to safety and compliance standards.  
\- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.  
\- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.  
\- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.  
\- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.  
\- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control.  
\- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.  
\- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.  
\- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.  
\- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
