We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end car rental bookings for Italian-speaking clients within the travel sector.
-   Provide expert advice on vehicle options, insurance packages, and travel itineraries.
-   Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding rental agreements, billing, and vehicle availability.
-   Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and professional communication.
-   Coordinate with international branch offices to ensure vehicle readiness and customer needs are met.
-   Process reservations and modifications accurately using advanced travel industry software.
-   Upsell additional travel services and value-added rental products to enhance the customer journey.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
-   Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the travel industry.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in a professional environment.
-   Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
