## Description

BIM Modeller Intern (3/6/12 months)  
  
Main Responsibilities:  
  
\- Assist in preparing and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit.  
\- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.  
\- Update and modify BIM models based on project requirements.  
\- Ensure drawings follow project standards and BIM guidelines.  
\- Assist in coordination with consultants and other trades to resolve drawing issues.  
\- Support submission drawings and documentation.  
  
Site Coordination (Secondary Scope):  
  
\- Assist site team in basic coordination when required.  
\- Support in checking drawing discrepancies and updating models accordingly.  
\- Participate in site visits for understanding project conditions.  
  
Requirements:  
  
\- Must be able to use Revit (basic to intermediate level).  
\- Able to produce BIM drawings / 3D modelling work.  
\- Diploma or Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.  
\- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.  
\- Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.  
\- Good attitude and attention to detail.
