## Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the dispensary team to deliver quality and efficient pharmaceutical services to patients
-   Support centre-in-charge to effectively manage and ensure performance standard of dispensary staff for the delivery of smooth operation in accordance with the company's SOPs
-   Work with centre in-charge, cluster mangers and Central Pharmacy for continual service improvements
-   Handle doctors' and patients' medication enquiries
-   Resolve drug-related problems from daily prescriptions
-   Ad-hoc duties assigned by centre-in-charge

## Requirements

**Job Requirement:**

-   Degree holder in Pharmacy with Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong
-   Self motivated; committed to continuing professional development and learning
-   Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
-   Good organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills
-   Ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
-   Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
