### We're Hiring: PCI Engineer

**Location:** Whiteley (Office Based)  
**Salary:** Competitive salary  
**Hours:** Full Time, Monday to Friday, plus participation in an out-of-hours support rota

We're looking for a **PCI Engineer** to join our specialist team in Whiteley. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our PCI platform and underlying infrastructure. From troubleshooting SIP and VoIP issues to analysing packet captures, onboarding customers, and maintaining Linux-based systems, no two days are the same.

### What You'll Do

-   Investigate and resolve customer incidents on our PCI platform.
-   Analyse PCAPs using tools such as Wireshark.
-   Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and media-related issues.
-   Configure and onboard new customer environments.
-   Support Linux systems and perform routine platform maintenance.
-   Work with customers, carriers, and technology partners to resolve faults.
-   Assist with datacentre deployments and hardware maintenance.
-   Participate in out-of-hours support and planned maintenance activities.

### What We're Looking For

### Essential

-   Experience with SIP and VoIP technologies.
-   Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-   Experience capturing and analysing packet traces.
-   Good understanding of IP networking.
-   Linux administration experience.
-   Excellent communication skills.
-   Full UK driving licence.

### Desirable

-   Juniper networking experience.
-   Knowledge of SBCs, RTP, and hosted voice platforms.
-   Datacentre experience.
-   Exposure to virtualisation and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
-   Experience within telecoms, MSP, or service provider environments.
