## Description

Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.

As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

This is a role for an experienced English educator who wants to influence how students learn at scale. Many of our editors came to us from the classroom, bringing their teaching experience to work that still shapes learning, just for a much wider audience. As Senior Quality Editor – English at Education Perfect, you'll help shape both the content and the people who create it: editing and quality-checking across delivery projects, maintaining the guides and templates our English editors rely on and coaching the team through training, feedback and onboarding. You'll work closely with our other Senior Quality Editors, Senior Product Managers and Learning Design Managers, with the Content Quality Manager supporting you. If you care deeply about pedagogy, enjoy improving how things are done and find satisfaction in helping others do their best work, we'd love to hear from you.

**What you will do**

- Edit and quality-check English content, setting the example for EP design and quality standards
- Own and maintain the English quality assurance guides, templates and training resources
- Ensure Lessons and Assessment Quality Metrics are applied consistently across all English projects

- Provide leadership and advocacy within the Continuous Improvement team, ensuring quality remains a priority in BAU decisions and activities
- Analyse quality and performance data across delivery projects and Continuous Improvement activities to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Review handover materials, Model Lessons and Assessment Scripts so teams are set up well before new projects begin
- Deliver or arrange English-specific training throughout the year and support onboarding and induction of contract editors
- Provide advice and guidance to English editors working across other projects
- Manage graphic design briefs and their application to lessons, working with Contributing Writers and the Graphic Design team
- Look for workflow efficiencies during content delivery and roll improvements out to the wider Content team
- Take ownership of English content package management, including cross-department projects and enquiries
- Support recruitment of contract reviewers and editors and help coordinate English content questions from teachers and EP staff
- Support the creation and maintenance of English learning pathways
- Meet productivity and quality targets across all tasks

**About you**

- Confidence providing training and constructive feedback to content team members
- A track record of reviewing quality processes, identifying improvements and rolling them out to a wider team
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform quality decisions and continuous improvement
