### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and effective customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
-   Stay informed about fintech industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.

## Requirements
