### Responsibilities

-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines with a focus on the 6.9 IDI and 7.3 IDI platforms.
-   Perform custom engine builds and assemble upgraded diesel components.
-   Conduct performance testing and tuning to achieve maximum power and efficiency.
-   Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement innovative modifications.
-   Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used for all projects.
-   Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all technical work.
-   Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding diesel engine performance and maintenance.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in diesel technology and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or technician, preferably with IDI engines.
-   Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, components, and performance tuning.
-   Ability to diagnose engine problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
-   Proficiency in assembling and disassembling engines and related parts.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a workshop environment.
-   Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
