**The Role – Dutch-Speaking Customer Support**

You will become a product expert in sportsbook and online casino, handling customer cases across phone, chat and email. You’ll take ownership, meaning you don’t just pass issues along. You solve them.

**Your work will include:**

-   Resolving customer queries via phone, live chat and email
-   Managing withdrawals and payment-related questions
-   Processing KYC documentation and enhanced due diligence
-   Running security checks on accounts and transactions
-   Collaborating with payments, fraud and compliance teams
-   Analysing customer trends and improving internal processes
-   Contributing to KPIs and service level targets

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
-   Comfortable working in both Dutch & English
-   Structured and analytical
-   Adaptable to shift work
-   Previous customer service experience is a requirement 
-   Used to multitasking in a fast-paced environment
