### Responsibilities

-   Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose urological conditions.
-   Perform surgical interventions, including open and minimally invasive procedures.
-   Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
-   Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care.
-   Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in urology.
-   Ensure maintenance of accurate patient records and compliance with healthcare regulations.
-   Contribute to the improvement of healthcare practices through clinical research and feedback.

## Requirements

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-   Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
-   Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
-   Demonstrated experience in urology and surgical techniques.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
