As a CPA Network Manager, you will collaborate closely with affiliates, marketing teams, and management to ensure the success of our advertising initiatives.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage and optimize CPA marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA networks and affiliate partners.
-   Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to improve ROI and reduce costs.
-   Negotiate terms, track payments, and ensure compliance with network policies.
-   Collaborate with marketing and data teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
-   Stay current with industry trends and emerging CPA marketing techniques.
-   Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing CPA marketing campaigns, preferably in the gig economy, staffing, or related industries.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
-   Familiarity with major CPA networks and affiliate marketing platforms.
