Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Online Bank, based in Greece. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their banking needs in a digital environment.

Your fluency in French will be essential in helping customers navigate online banking services, address any issues they may encounter, and ensure they receive a seamless banking experience. As part of a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and trust in our online banking solutions.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding online banking inquiries
-   Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and banking services
-   Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally
-   Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
-   Gather customer feedback to help improve our service offerings
-   Stay updated on the latest banking policies, product offerings, and regulatory changes

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
-   Prior experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers with their banking needs
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
