General Laborer – Construction & Excavation

**$16.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Opportunities**

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work? We are looking for a dependable, hardworking **General Laborer with construction experience** to join a team that takes pride in getting the job done right!

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction who enjoys hands-on work and wants to expand their experience in excavation, underground utilities, and site development.

Schedule & Pay

-   Pay: $16.00 per hour
-   Schedule: Monday through Friday
-   Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
-   Overtime as needed, including emergency service calls
-   Full-Time Position

Job Responsibilities

As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of outdoor construction and excavation projects, including:

-   Septic system installation, maintenance, and repair
-   Building and repairing retaining walls
-   Foundation work and site preparation
-   Water line repairs, including emergency water line breaks
-   Digging, trenching, and general excavation assistance
-   Moving materials, loading and unloading equipment, and maintaining clean job sites
-   Assisting experienced crew members with daily projects
-   Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

-   **Previous construction experience required**
-   **Heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred**
-   Experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete, or site preparation is a plus
-   Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
-   Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-   Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
-   Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team
-   Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
-   Willingness to work overtime when emergency jobs arise
-   **Valid driver's license preferred, but NOT required**
