### Key Responsibilities:

-   Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for various roles using advanced sourcing techniques.
-   Conduct interviews that evaluate not only skills and experience but also cultural fit and career aspirations.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management.
-   Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
-   Report regularly to management on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote setting.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
-   Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for sourcing talent.
-   Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
-   Adaptable and proactive approach to meet evolving recruitment needs and challenges.
-   Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
