### Senior SAP Signavio Process Expert/ Process Mining Expert- Lead Consultant

·       **Location:** Germany-based candidates preferred; Frankfurt-Mannheim-Heidelberg-Stuttgart-Munich corridor preferred; frequent onsite travel to the client site in Mannheim/Heidelberg required

### About the Role

We are seeking experienced Process Experts with strong SAP Signavio expertise to support a strategic Business Process Management transformation initiative at our client.

The role focuses on driving process excellence, process transparency, value realization, governance, process mining and data-driven continuous improvement across key end-to-end business processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with client process owners, business stakeholders, BPM teams and technology experts to identify process improvement opportunities, establish governance frameworks, leverage SAP Signavio capabilities and support measurable business value realization.

The role requires hands-on delivery ownership, not only advisory support: from business engagement and current-state analysis through process mining, data modelling, dashboarding, insight generation, value quantification and structured handover to process owners.

### Key Responsibilities

### A. Business Process Analysis and Improvement

·       Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Operations, IT services and enterprise support functions.

·       Facilitate workshops with process owners and stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, controls, process variants and improvement opportunities.

·       Develop current-state and future-state process designs, including process harmonization and standardization recommendations.

·       Support BPM governance, process ownership, operating model and continuous improvement initiatives.

### B. SAP Signavio Expertise

·       Create and maintain process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager and BPMN 2.0 standards where relevant.

·       Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process performance, variants, bottlenecks, rework, compliance gaps and optimization opportunities.

·       Define KPIs, process performance measures, dashboards and measurement frameworks.

·       Conduct process mining activities and translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.

·       Contribute to SAP Signavio adoption, enablement, governance and handover activities.

### C. End-to-End Process Mining Delivery

·       Define process mining problem statements, business hypotheses, case IDs, events, timestamps, attributes and KPI logic.

·       Create or support mining-ready event logs and data models using SAP and non-SAP source data.

·       Build SAP Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards for root-cause analysis, transparency and performance reporting.

·       Validate data quality, variants, completeness and business meaning with stakeholders before publication.

·       Prepare dashboard walkthroughs, insight summaries and handover packs for process owners.

### D. Value Realization and Governance

·       Quantify process improvement opportunities and associated business value.

·       Support value case development, benefit tracking and realization mechanisms.

·       Establish or refine governance structures, process ownership models and BPM methodologies.

·       Monitor process performance and drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Link process mining insights to value levers such as cycle-time reduction, rework reduction, manual effort reduction, automation potential, compliance improvement and productivity gains.

### E. Stakeholder Management

·       Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, process owners, IT/data teams and transformation leaders.

·       Facilitate workshops, process reviews, governance discussions and stakeholder alignment sessions.

·       Present findings, dashboards, root causes and recommendations to management audiences.

·       Translate business requirements into process improvement, governance and technology-enabled actions.

## Requirements

### Professional Experience

·       5-6+ years of professional experience in Business Process Management, process transformation, process excellence / operational excellence, management consulting or business consulting.

·       Experience working in consulting environments and client-facing transformation projects.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and manage complex stakeholder groups.

### SAP Signavio Knowledge

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager.

·       Process modelling experience using BPMN 2.0.

·       Process mining experience including event-log/data modelling, KPI definition and process performance measurement.

·       Experience with process governance frameworks, process ownership, operating model design or compliance-related process improvement.

### Consulting and Analytical Skills

·       Ability to translate business requirements into process models, mining requirements, dashboards and improvement initiatives.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·       Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.

·       Highly structured and self-driven way of working.

### Education

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

·       SAP Signavio certification, especially SAP Certified Associate - Process Management Consultant - SAP Signavio or SAP Certified Associate - Process Data Analyst - SAP Signavio.

·       Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs or large SAP enterprise environments.

·       Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Data Lake, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SLT, SAP Data Services, Databricks or SAP Analytics Cloud.

·       Experience in value realization, benefit quantification and value tracking.

·       Knowledge of process governance, compliance, controls and audit-ready process documentation.

·       Familiarity with process automation, SAP Build Process Automation, AI/automation use cases or continuous improvement methods.

·       Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen or similar process excellence certification.

·       **German language skills**.
