## Description

**Job Title:** Real Estate Operations Coordinator

**Location:** South Africa

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote

**Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

**Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR)

A detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Operations Coordinator is sought to support daily operational and administrative processes within a real estate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transactions, maintaining records, supporting client communication, and assisting with operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support day-to-day real estate operations and administrative processes
-   Coordinate transactions, documentation, and operational workflows
-   Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction records
-   Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams professionally
-   Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities
-   Monitor operational timelines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
-   Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation as needed
-   Support onboarding and coordination of vendors or service providers
-   Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation
-   Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as required

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
-   Previous experience in real estate operations, administration, transaction coordination, or customer support preferred
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
-   Experience using CRM systems or real estate platforms preferred
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
