**Role overview**

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join Quality & Reliability (QnR) and contribute to the analysis, configuration, and support of payroll information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of **payroll processes** and will collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements, configure applications, and support the related processes.

## Requirements

**What you'll work on:**

-   Analyze business requirements related to payroll
-   Configure and support payroll applications / information systems
-   Participate in the design and implementation of new functionalities and system changes
-   Review and validate payroll calculations
-   Investigate and resolve functional or technical issues
-   Participate in testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment processes
-   Collaborate with clients, users, and development teams to ensure the effective implementation of requirements
-   Create and execute SQL queries for validation, data searches, and application support

**What you bring:**

-   Proven knowledge of payroll processes, with professional experience in a similar role, preferably at Mid/Senior Consultant level
-   Hands-on experience in payroll information systems configuration, implementation, and support
-   Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
-   Knowledge of the Greek Public Sector Payroll framework and experience in HR/Payroll IT projects will be considered strong assets
-   Familiarity with databases, SQL, data validation, and reconciliation processes is an advantage
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
