**Pay Rate:** $16 per hour  
**Shift:** 1st Shift

### Job Summary

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Workers** to join our team in Berlin, CT. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, packing, or material-handling experience.

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, loading, and preparing materials for shipment.

### Responsibilities

-   Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
-   Load and unload materials and products
-   Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
-   Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
-   Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
-   Maintain an organized and clean work area
-   Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-   Accurately complete warehouse paperwork and documentation
-   Assist with inventory counts and material organization
-   Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

### Qualifications

-   Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
-   Ability to lift up to **50 lbs.**
-   Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
-   Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-   Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

### Schedule

-   **1st Shift**
-   Full-time hours
-   Monday–Friday
-   Overtime may be available based on business needs
