## Description

**Work Setup:** First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after

**Work Location:** Mckinley, Taguig

**Work Schedule:** Night Shift

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Requirements:**

-   College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)
-   CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA)
-   At least 4 years of experience
-   Good Communication Skills
-   Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.)
-   Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
-   Sound Accounting fundamentals such as:  
    \- Preparation of Journal Entries  
    \- Balance Sheet  
    \- General Ledger Management  
    \- Account Reconciliation  
    \- Financial Reporting  
    \- Preparation of Invoices  
    \- Accruals  
    \- Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close  
    \- Financial Analysis
-   Excel Proficiency

**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
-   Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
-   Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
-   Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis.
-   Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
