### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Senior PPC Manager** with deep expertise in Google Ads and paid social platforms, who can own performance across multiple client accounts. This role requires a **strategic thinker and strong copywriter**—someone who can craft high-performing ad copy within full campaign structures and consistently deliver against CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.

You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for **end-to-end campaign strategy**, including messaging, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Build, manage, and scale high-performing campaigns across **Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)** and **Meta Ads**
-   Write **compelling, conversion-focused ad copy** tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages
-   Develop complete ad sets that demonstrate **clear strategic thinking and structured messaging**
-   Own daily campaign performance and optimize toward **CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets**
-   Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
-   Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like **AgencyAnalytics** and **Looker Studio**
-   Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align on strategy and execution
-   Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to clients
-   Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, agency-style environment

## Requirements

-   **4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)**
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating **high-quality ad copywriting within full campaign structures**
-   Proven experience as a **Senior PPC Manager** handling multiple client accounts
-   Advanced expertise in **Google Ads**, including Search, Display, and Performance Max
-   Demonstrated success across both **eCommerce and lead-generation campaigns**
-   Deep understanding of **campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization**
-   High proficiency in analytics and reporting—comfortable working with performance data
-   Experience with tools such as **AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo, and SEMrush**
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to clients
-   Highly organized and able to thrive in a **fast-paced, performance-driven environment**
