We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Recruiter** to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for both academic and non-academic roles. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about identifying top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting organizational growth through effective recruitment strategies.

As an HR Recruiter, you will oversee the complete hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high recruitment quality and compliance with organizational hiring standards.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of candidates.
-   Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
-   Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
-   Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-   Maintain interview calendars, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
-   Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets and facilitate offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
-   Coordinate background verification, onboarding activities, and pre-employment documentation for selected candidates.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics for effective hiring management.
-   Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements while supporting employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives where applicable.
-   Ensure timely closure of open positions by balancing recruitment speed, candidate quality, and stakeholder expectations.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
-   1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with exposure to hiring across multiple functions.
-   Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and modern hiring practices.
-   Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify quality talent.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting recruitment deadlines.
-   Proficiency in **MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace** for recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation.
-   Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills with a structured approach to recruitment operations.
-   Experience hiring academic, teaching, or non-teaching professionals is an added advantage but not mandatory.
