Accenture’s Banking Strategy & Consulting team is seeking professionals to help deliver **large-scale AI transformation programs**. As part of this initiative, you will work with leading banks to design and implement **Agentic AI** and **GenAI** solutions that fundamentally reshape how banking operations function. You’ll play a key role in process analysis, business analysis, and defining the user stories and requirements that drive impactful digital change.  
**What You Will Do  
**-   Lead or significantly contribute to AI-enabled transformation programs within banking clients.  
    
-   Drive end-to-end business and process analysis and design future-state operating models.  
    
-   Translate complex business challenges into structured AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.  
    
-   Lead workshops and discussions with senior banking stakeholders to define strategy and solution direction.  
    
-   Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring alignment across teams, quality standards, and timelines.  
    
-   Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions.  
    
-   Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the team.  
    
**Who We Are Looking For  
**-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering from a top university.  
    
-   4–8 years of experience in consulting, banking, or large-scale transformation programs.  
    
-   Strong expertise in process redesign, business analysis, and digital transformation.  
    
-   Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior level.  
    
-   Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.  
    
-   Strong understanding or hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven transformation.  
    
-   Deep domain knowledge in banking operations (Commercial Lending, KYC, Payments, Custody) is a strong advantage.
