## Description

### Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Oral Medicine Specialist/Consultant with Australian Board qualification** to join its dental specialty team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of complex oral and medically related oral conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex oral mucosal, salivary gland, and orofacial conditions.
-   Assess and manage patients with potentially malignant and malignant oral lesions.
-   Provide comprehensive evaluation of oral manifestations of systemic diseases.
-   Manage chronic orofacial pain and related conditions.
-   Perform oral biopsies and other appropriate diagnostic procedures.
-   Interpret relevant clinical, radiological, and laboratory investigations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up.
-   Collaborate with dentists, physicians, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, dermatologists, and other specialists.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
-   Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research, audit, and quality-improvement activities.

## Requirements

-   **BDS / DDS / DMD or equivalent dental degree.**
-   Recognized **Australian Board qualification / specialist training in Oral Medicine**.
-   Relevant specialist/consultant-level clinical experience.
-   Current specialist registration and good professional standing.
-   Experience in a tertiary hospital or advanced dental center is preferred.
-   Eligible for **DOH/DHA medical licensing**, depending on the location.
-   Excellent diagnostic, clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary skills.
