**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead multidisciplinary design teams and oversee design delivery, quality, and coordination.
-   Manage design programmes, resources, budgets, and project deliverables.
-   Lead client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships, meetings, and presentations.
-   Review and coordinate design information, proposals, and technical documentation.
-   Monitor project progress, risks, changes, issues, and critical deliverables.
-   Ensure compliance with client requirements, design standards, BIM, HSE, and relevant regulations.
-   Manage scope, information flow, and document control in line with PMKConsult procedures.
-   Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, identify improvements, and mentor team members.

## Requirements

**Requirements** 

**Experience & Background** 

-   Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related discipline.
-   Extensive design management experience, including mixed-use developments in Abu Dhabi.
-   Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing design delivery.
-   Strong knowledge of BIM/CAD, design standards, regulations, and construction processes.
-   Experience managing programmes, resources, budgets, risks, changes, and deliverables.
-   Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent technical, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Strong understanding of HSE and design risk management.
-   Experience using AI tools to develop, visualise, and illustrate concepts during pre-development.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to mentor and support team members.
