## Description

**Primary Responsibilities**

-   Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes.
-   Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account.
-   Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
-   Provides post-training support.
-   Document processes through recorded sessions.
-   Material development creating: Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER
-   Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong interpersonal skills
-   Excellent analytical skills
-   Strong problem-solving skills
-   Strong organizational skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
-   Amenable working night shift
