You’ll lead content strategies holistically, and ensure they roll out with ease across paid media, SEO, CRM, and social media channels. 

**About the Digital team** 

Our BlueRock Digital agency harnesses the power of technology to drive growth for businesses. Our end-to-end service means we specialise in everything from digital strategy and optimisation through to web and app development, systems consulting, brand and marketing. 

-   Develop and manage TOF and BOF content strategies aligned to business goals and audience opportunities, rolled out across search, email, social, video, and lead magnets 
-   Conduct market and audience research to develop impactful strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions 
-   Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences to drive acquisition and retention 
-   Partner closely with clients to understand goals, build strong relationships, and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies 
-   Build, schedule, and manage organic social media content across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest including content planning, caption writing, briefing designers or designing directly in Figma, proofing, and scheduling 
-   Load and set up creative into ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, working alongside paid media consultants 
-   Write and edit long-form, engaging, on-brand content that connects with audiences 
-   Shoot content with clients using handheld device, from concept development and logistics through to filming, interviewing founders or customers, and editing into short, engaging clips 
-   Work with external providers (videographers, designers, platforms, and partners) where required to deliver high-quality content outcomes 
-   Perform SEO audits, advise clients on recommendations 
-   Deliver reporting and recommendations for improving traffic and awareness through content strategies with clear KPIs for different channels and platforms  
-   Produce regular performance reports across organic and paid media channels to help inform brand building and content strategies

## Requirements

-   Some experience working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn  

-   Proficient verbal and written skills and understanding of copywriting (English) 

-   Good understanding of reporting and data analytics and exposure to reporting tools such as Google Analytics 

-   Basic experience with SEO and paid media channels such as Google Ads or Meta Ads
