## Description

**We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California**

**Location: North Richmond, California**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits**

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, families, or groups.
-   Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed for client care.
-   Support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.

## Requirements

-   Active LCSW license in the state of California (required).
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
-   At least 1 year of experience post-licensure preferred.
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
-   Empathetic, self-motivated, and organized with strong communication skills.
