## Description

**Job Title:** Per Diem Family Medicine Physician

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care on a per diem basis. The physician will manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, and coordinate patient care across multiple settings. This role offers flexibility while maintaining continuity of care for patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
-   Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
-   Deliver preventive care services, including immunizations, screenings, and health counseling.
-   Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
-   Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
-   Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
-   Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

-   Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
-   Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
-   Valid medical license to practice in \[State\].
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care.
