## Description

Eram Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate HR Analyst to join our team. As a leading recruitment consultancy, we specialize in providing exceptional talent acquisition services across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. The Associate HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to help drive informed decision-making and optimize HR initiatives.

The Associate HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of HR strategies by utilizing data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes. Working closely with the HR team, this role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex workforce data to guide decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
-   Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership.
-   Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations based on data findings.
-   Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
-   Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses.
-   Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function. Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
-   Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
-   Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR analytics software.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team.
