## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required
-   Currently enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) a state-approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program
-   Interest in building a long-term career in the electrical trade
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-   Ability to safely perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in construction environments
-   Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
-   Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining CBH’s standards of professionalism and quality workmanship
