## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to resolve on-site challenges effectively. As a key member of our project management team, you will serve as the point of contact for all site-related matters and work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Plan, organize, and control site operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction projects.
-   Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-   Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements.
-   Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management and clients.
-   Coordinate with project teams to resolve any on-site issues or delays.
-   Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports.
-   Manage resource allocation and liaise with procurement to ensure availability of materials and equipment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-   Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.
-   Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively under pressure.
-   Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
-   Relevant certifications in construction safety or site management are a plus.
