## Description

**Securities Domain Expertise  
**Candidates should have good understanding of one or more of the following:  

-   Securities trading and lifecycle  
    
-   Equities, Fixed Income / Bonds and other financial instruments  
    
-   Trade capture and trade processing  
    
-   Order Management / Trade Management  
    
-   Settlement and clearing  
    
-   Corporate Actions  
    
-   Custody and Securities Services  
    
-   Reconciliation  
    
-   Reference / Static Data  
    
-   SWIFT messaging and securities-related messages  
    
-   Market infrastructure and settlement processes  
    
-   Regulatory and compliance requirements related to securities processing

## Requirements

-   5–10 years of experience as a **Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant** in Capital Markets / Securities IT.  
    
-   Strong combination of **Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis**.  
    
-   Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.  
    
-   Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.  
    
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  
    
-   Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.  
    
-   Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
