## Description

We are is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital marketing efforts for a prominent hospital in Bahrain. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance the hospital's online presence, patient engagement, and overall brand positioning in the healthcare sector.

### Performance Marketing & ROI Ownership

-   Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, video, and programmatic platforms to drive patient acquisition and retention.
-   Define marketing KPIs, attribution models, and ROI measurement frameworks across all digital channels.
-   Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and improve ROAS while reducing CPA.
-   Lead monthly performance reviews with actionable insights focused on conversion uplift, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

### 2\. Media & PR Leadership

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, editors, influencers, and healthcare publications across digital, print, radio, and television platforms.
-   Identify and develop high-impact PR opportunities in collaboration with clinical and operational teams, including patient success stories, advanced treatments, medical achievements, and hospital milestones.
-   Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and brand awareness initiatives.
-   Draft and oversee all PR communication materials, including press releases, media notes, statements, and leadership interviews.
-   Monitor media coverage, brand reputation, and public sentiment across channels.

### 3\. AI Integration for Performance Marketing

-   Evaluate, test, and implement AI-powered marketing solutions for campaign optimization, predictive analytics, lead scoring, audience segmentation, and personalized patient engagement.
-   Drive innovation within the digital marketing ecosystem by identifying emerging AI trends, tools, and automation opportunities.
-   Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and data-driven decision-making.
-   Lead AI adoption initiatives and upskill the digital marketing team on AI-based tools and best practices.
-   Work closely with technology and analytics teams to integrate AI capabilities into the hospital’s marketing infrastructure.

### 4\. Digital Asset & Lead Management

-   Take end-to-end ownership of all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and patient lead databases.
-   Design, manage, and optimize the complete patient lead funnel — from inquiry generation to appointment conversion and follow-up.
-   Implement lead capture, lead scoring, nurturing, automation, and conversion tracking systems.
-   Analyze funnel performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective strategies to improve patient conversion rates.
-   Coordinate with clinical, call center, and operational teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and patient engagement processes.

## Requirements

-   The success of this role will be measured through:
-   **Growth & ROI:**  
    ROAS, CPA per patient, campaign ROI, and patient acquisition growth.
-   **Lead Conversion:**  
    Percentage of digital leads converted into appointments, walk-ins, and confirmed patients.
-   **Media Impact:**  
    Positive media mentions, PR campaign reach, brand visibility, and audience sentiment.
-   **Innovation & Automation:**  
    Successful implementation of AI-driven marketing tools and measurable reduction in manual tasks.
-   **Required Skills & Experience**
-   The ideal candidate should have **8+ years of experience in digital marketing/media**, including **at least 3 years in a leadership role**. Experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical tourism, or other high-stakes service industries is preferred.
-   The candidate must be a **strategic thinker and hands-on executor** — someone who can plan, lead, and personally drive execution when required.
