**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Davy Select Pensions Team. The successful candidate will:

-   Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to service-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner;
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a high standard of customer service;
-   Process client enquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring excellent client outcomes;
-   Represent the Davy brand positively and professionally at all times;
-   Identify client needs and promote awareness of the services and products available;
-   Gather, maintain and update accurate client information and records;
-   Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve client queries;
-   Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of pension products and services;
-   Assist with client onboarding and account administration processes;
-   Contribute to team projects, process improvements and operational initiatives as required;
-   Adhere to all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements, policies and procedures associated with the role.

## Requirements

**About yo**u

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

-   Third-level qualification in a business-related discipline desirable, but not essential;
-   Minimum of one year's experience in a customer service or client-facing role;
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach;
-   Enthusiastic and professional manner, with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients;
-   Ability to work on own initiative and manage competing priorities effectively;
-   Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail;
-   Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines;
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
-   Strong team player with a flexible and collaborative approach to work;
-   Willingness to develop knowledge of pension products, services and regulatory requirements;
-   Commitment to delivering excellent client service and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism.
