**Short Job Description**

The ideal Padding Machine Operator is responsible for operating a padding machine on pipeline projects and wind farms accross the U.S. No experience necessary. We will train the right applicant. Extensive travel required.

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate padding machine in a safe and productive manner
-   Perform machine daily maintenance
-   Prepare machine for transport
-   Coordinate with EVP of Padding Operations to ensure successful completion of projects

## Requirements

-   Valid driver’s license
-   Reliable pickup truck
-   Basic hand tools
-   Must pass drug screening, physical, and background check
-   Must be 23 years of age or older per insurance requirements.
