## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a French Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria with a paid relocation package! This role offers an exciting opportunity to live and work in Sofia while contributing to the safety and quality of our online communities. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that user-generated content complies with community standards and guidelines, fostering a positive and respectful environment for French-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in French to ensure compliance with community policies.
-   Accurately classify content according to established guidelines and make informed decisions.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior promptly.
-   Collaborate with the team to improve moderation processes and share insights.
-   Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
-   Excellent communication skills for clear and effective moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
