This role is a strong fit for a sales professional who enjoys helping customers make confident purchase decisions in a showroom environment. As a Salesman, you will play an important part in representing the Sealy brand, creating a positive customer experience, and supporting sales growth through product knowledge, service, and consistent follow-through.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture based on their needs.
-   Demonstrate product features and explain comfort, quality, and value clearly.
-   Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and closing techniques.
-   Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure products are well presented.
-   Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support when needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
-   5 years of experience in retail sales of mattresses, bedroom furniture, and premium sleep products.
-   Experience serving walk-in retail customers or high-intent showroom buyers, with the ability to coordinate effectively with delivery and after-sales teams.
-   Hands-on experience using showroom POS systems, inventory systems, and order-entry software.
-   Native proficiency in Arabic and intermediate proficiency in English.
-   Male / Female
-   25 to 35 years old
-   Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni national.
