**Position Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a **Total Spare Management Administrator**. This role (after training period is complete) will be a hybrid role of **3 days onsite and 2 days WFH, at Manager discretion.**

The Total Spare Management Administrator manages and controls semiconductor manufacturing spares across plants/production lines to ensure equipment uptime.

This role focuses on accurate spare part master data, inventory control, spare request fulfilment, stock audits, and readiness planning aligned with semiconductor manufacturing requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

·      Spare parts management system\*\* (spare module/ERP/CMMS integration), ensuring accurate item setup and lifecycle status.

·      Maintain complete and correct \*\*critical spares master data\*\*:

·      Part numbers, alternates, BOM/kit definitions (if used), manufacturer references, compatibility, and substitutes

·      Lead times, MOQ, storage requirements, and serialisation/traceability rules (if applicable) - Manage the full spare flow:

·      Receiving/put-away confirmation - inspection/quality checks coordination (as required).

·      Issuance to maintenance/production teams based on approvals and procedures - returns, scrap/write-off processing, and root-cause support for discrepancies.

·      Monitor \*\*stock health\*\* for critical equipment: - min/max levels, reorder points, safety stock, and buffer planning.

·      Ensure correct part selection for equipment models/lines - ensure timely fulfilment to support downtime reduction targets.

·      Conduct and support \*\*cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations\*\*:

·      Investigate variances and ensure corrective actions are recorded - Support uptime strategy by identifying and maintaining:

·      \*\*A/B/C critical spares\*\* classification (or company-defined criticality tiers) - consumption trends, slow-moving/excess stock reporting

·      Track and report \*\*spare performance metrics\*\* to leadership: - stock availability/service level, stock-out causes, turnaround time for requests

·      Overdue orders, supplier performance inputs (lead time adherence)

·      Work closely with \*\*Procurement/Supply Chain\*\*: - trigger replenishment actions

·      Manage vendor documentation and ensure part data alignment with purchasing

·      Ensure compliance with semiconductor-specific requirements.

·      ESD-safe handling/storage rules, cleanliness/packing standards when applicable.

·      Traceability and documentation retention for regulated/critical components.

·      Maintain controlled access and governance: - standard approval workflows.

·      Change management for master data updates.

## Requirements

·      Diploma/Degree in \*\*Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business\*\* (or equivalent experience).

·      Proven experience in \*\*spares/inventory administration\*\* and/or equipment maintenance support.

·      Hands-on experience with \*\*ERP/CMMS or inventory systems\*\* (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.).

·      Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills.

·      Intermediate-to-advanced \*\*Excel\*\* (reports, pivot tables, inventory analytics).

·      Experience in \*\*semiconductor manufacturing\*\* or high-tech maintenance environments.

·      Familiarity with \*\*equipment spare criticality, lead-time planning, and reliability-driven inventory\*\*.

·      Knowledge of maintenance/production downtime processes (CMMS workflows). ### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·      Inventory accuracy (audit variance %) - Spare request cycle time (request-to-issue) - Stock-out frequency and severity (critical spares)

·      Reorder compliance (on-time replenishment) - Reduction in excess/obsolete spares while maintaining availability.
