This position is designed for individuals keen on merging their passion for technology with a commitment to enhancing the healthcare experience for users. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to Danish-speaking clients using health technology solutions, assisting them in overcoming challenges and maximizing their product use.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Offer exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking clients using HealthTech products through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to health technology applications.
-   Educate clients on product features and functionalities, ensuring they have the knowledge for optimal use in a healthcare setting.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with product development and technical teams to escalate issues and provide valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.
-   Engage in proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure thorough resolution of their issues and to enhance user satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on industry trends, product improvements, and advancements in health technology to better serve client needs.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-   Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly within the health technology or healthcare sector.
-   Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with health technology applications.
-   Excellent customer service skills, with a strong capacity to empathize with clients.
-   Proficiency with remote support tools and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
