## Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with a background in construction and contracting to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate quotations, and ensure the timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
-   Experience in supplier management, price negotiation, and quotation evaluation.
-   Good knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
-   Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
-   Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications.
