## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Colorado | Remote / Telehealth**  
**Full-Time | $115,000–$120,000 per year**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

We’re hiring a Colorado-licensed LCSW to provide individual therapy through telehealth. You’ll work with clients on a range of mental health and personal concerns while managing a regular caseload from a remote setting.

**In this role, you will:**

-   Meet with clients for scheduled virtual therapy sessions
-   Complete psychosocial assessments and identify treatment needs
-   Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions
-   Keep progress notes and clinical records up to date
-   Review client response to treatment and make changes when necessary
-   Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate
-   Follow Colorado licensing and professional practice requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Colorado LCSW license
-   Master’s degree in Social Work
-   Clinical experience in mental health settings
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms
