We’re looking for a hands-on advertising expert to grow customer acquisition across search engines and AI chat platforms, with AI agents and automation at the core of campaign management.

### Responsibilities

AI & Automation  

-   Build and optimise AI agents to manage bidding settings, budgets, keywords and negative keywords.
-   Use LLMs to analyse search queries, identify growth opportunities, detect wasted spend and generate ad variations.
-   Connect advertising platforms, analytics and internal data through APIs to automate campaign analysis, reporting and actions.
-   Test and monitor automated workflows, with clear limits and approval rules for campaign changes.

Search Engines & AI Chat Platforms  

-   Own the planning, launch, optimisation and scaling of paid search campaigns across search engines.
-   Explore and test customer acquisition through AI chat platforms, including paid advertising formats where available.
-   Launch and optimise remarketing campaigns, with audiences, exclusions and messaging tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
-   Write and test clear, relevant ad copy adapted to each platform, audience and user intent.

Measurement & Performance  

-   Improve conversion tracking, offline conversion integration and attribution across channels.
-   Use experiments and conversion value to guide bidding, budget allocation and campaign optimisation.
-   Identify which campaigns attract valuable customers and scale successful approaches.

## Requirements

-   Hands-on experience building or implementing AI agents, LLM-based workflows or automation solutions in advertising, marketing or analytics.
-   Strong experience independently managing paid search campaigns, with a proven record of improving performance and scaling results.
-   A solid understanding of bidding strategies, keyword management, search query analysis and value-based optimisation.
-   Experience launching and optimising remarketing campaigns and audience strategies.
-   Working knowledge of analytics, tag management, offline conversions and attribution.
-   Practical experience with APIs and tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL or automation platforms.
-   Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear decisions and measurable improvements.
-   Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills.
-   Initiative to explore emerging advertising channels, challenge existing processes and take ownership of improvements.
-   Experience testing advertising or customer acquisition through AI chat platforms is a plus.
