## Description

Rapyuta Robotics is a ETH Zurich spin-off headquartered in Tokyo operates with a vision to become the global leader in making robots more accessible for anyone in the logistics market. We lead the pick-assist AMR market in Japan and are backed by Goldman Sachs, Sony and Yaskawa as investors. We are opening a global hub in Chennai, an independent center to enable our global expansion.    
 

You will be part of our global business analytics team, with an initial focus on the Rapyuta AMR & ASRS product. You will closely work with the sales, solutions, engineering, and operation squads to ensure our products are more accessible and useful for our customers.

## Requirements

**Roles and Responsibilities:** 

-   Work closely with pre-sales engineering to capture the current warehousing volume to propose an optimal ASRS plan in the sales phase. 

-   Run simulations and report the findings to team members, customers, etc. 

-   Conduct bottleneck analysis for each customer using operational logs. 

-   Develop & modify operational reports for the customers 

-   Construct and improve processes, environments, and tools for the above activities. 

-   Provide the findings and ideas gained from these activities to Rapuyta members for better product development, customer negotiation, etc. 

**Requirements:** 

-   Proficiency in Python, Excel (including functions, aggregations, and charts) and some BI tools. 

-   Around 1 year of professional experience in the analytics field, including analyzing, reporting, and presentation. 

-   Around 1 year of work experience or equivalent skills in data handling with Python, especially Pandas and Matplotlib. 

-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

-   Experience in hypothesis-driven analysis and proposing improvements
