**Amsterdam | Working Internship | Starting September 2026**

At RevoData, we’re growing quickly and are looking for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience across both **Talent Acquisition and HR**. In this role, you’ll become the right hand of our Talent Acquisition Lead and support the employee journey behind the scenes - from recruitment coordination and onboarding to helping our HR Manager with people-related initiatives.

## Requirements

**What you'll do**

You’ll support a mix of recruitment and HR activities.

Recruitment activities:

-   Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling with candidates and interviewers
-   Supporting candidate communication throughout the hiring process
-   Keeping our recruitment administration and systems up to date
-   Helping improve the candidate experience and employer branding activities
-   Supporting onboarding and employee administration tasks
-   Helping organise events, office moments and internal activities where needed
-   Spotting opportunities to improve processes and make things run more smoothly

HR activities:

-   Supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes
-   Assisting with HR administration and keeping employee records up to date
-   Contributing to HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates and internal communications
-   Assisting our HR Manager with ad hoc people projects and HR initiatives

**You’ll likely enjoy this role if you…**

-   Are currently living in the **Netherlands** and enrolled in a Dutch **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** (and remain enrolled during the internship)
-   Study something like **Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Sciences, Communications** or similar
-   Are available from **September 2026** for approximately **5–6 months** and can commit to at least 3 days per week
-   You’re looking for a working internship; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate thesis or graduation internships
-   Enjoy organising, planning and making sure things don’t slip through the cracks
-   Like working with people and creating a great experience for candidates and colleagues
-   Communicate confidently in **English;** Dutch is a plus
-   Are proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do
-   Want to explore a future career in **Recruitment / Talent Acquisition**
