## Description

-   Assist in daily accounting and finance operations 

-   Support preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims 

-   Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of financial documents 

-   Assist in bank reconciliations and basic accounting schedules 

-   Support month-end closing activities 

-   Help prepare simple financial reports and analysis 

-   Assist in audits and ad-hoc finance tasks when required

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 

-   Basic knowledge of accounting principles 

-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 

-   Good attention to detail and organized 

-   Willingness to learn and positive working attitude
