**Position Overview**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a **Family Medicine Physician** to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance and a comprehensive benefits package.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.

-   Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-   **Licensure:** Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
-   **Certification:** Board Certified in Family Medicine
-   **Experience:** Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
-   **Technical Skills:** Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership
-   **Soft Skills:** Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking
