## Description

LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned luxury jewelry and Swiss watch retailer, renowned for operating multiple high-end boutiques and representing prestigious timepiece and jewelry brands. As a Sales Associate at our Hublot Boutique in Las Vegas, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience and representing the Hublot brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Delivering personalized, consultative client experiences that reflect the Hublot brand
-   Welcoming and engaging clients, presenting and selling the Hublot collection through brand storytelling
-   Achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets
-   Converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and managing after-sales service requests
-   Building and maintaining a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow-up
-   Utilizing CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and key dates
-   Inviting clients to brand events and activations
-   Maintaining boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
-   Handling transactions, inventory control, and product security protocols
-   Supporting the team during high-traffic periods, VIP visits, and special events
-   Staying current on product knowledge, launches, and brand news

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or sales role
-   Proficiency with POS systems to process customer transactions
-   English language proficiency
-   Authorization to work in the United States
-   Availability to work weekends, evenings, and key retail periods

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end watch sales
-   Experience building and maintaining a client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow-up
-   Proficiency with CRM systems in a sales environment
-   Experience using Zoho CRM or SAP POS
