Satori Analytics is Greece's leading AI-native enterprise consultancy. We sit at the intersection of deep AI specialism and commercial ambition — and we're scaling more agressively beyond our home market. As we grow our enterprise footprint across Europe and the Middle East, we are looking for an exceptional International & Partnership Senior Manager to lead that expansion and build the partner ecosystem that powers it.

This is a front-line commercial role. You will own Satori's geographical growth and partnership agenda — opening new markets, building a network of cloud, technology and channel partners, and engaging directly with C-level executives and regional business leaders to turn relationships into enterprise opportunities. You will be a key face of Satori in the region: commercially fluent, well-networked, and relentlessly driven.

**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

-   **Open new markets**: Identify and prioritise target geographies, shape the entry approach for each, and convert that strategy into a live pipeline of enterprise opportunities — through direct outreach and active presence at industry and AI conferences across the region.
-   **Build the partner ecosystem**: Establish, structure, and nurture a network of cloud and technology partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and regional resellers across Europe and the Middle East that generates sourced demand and extends Satori's reach.
-   **Deepen technology partnerships**: Expand and strengthen our existing footprint with key Technology Partners and co-sell effectively alongside them.
-   **Engage at the top**: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior regional business leaders, and translate them into long-term, meaningful commercial engagements — not one-off transactions.
-   **Represent Satori in market**: Show up at executive meetings, partner forums, and regional events as a credible, commercially fluent voice for what we do and why it matters.
-   **Convert and collaborate**: Open and qualify enterprise opportunities in new geographies, then work closely with Satori's delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure what you sell can be built and delivered at the standard our clients expect.
-   **Build pipeline with discipline**: Turn expansion and partnership ambitions into concrete, repeatable pipeline — structured execution, not just relationship activity.

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers🚀:**

-   7+ years of experience operating at senior manager level in a commercially accountable role.
-   Experience within a Data & AI services or product company, or a top-tier management consultancy — you understand the landscape you're selling into.
-   Strong background in enterprise business development and channel partnerships, with a proven track record of building partner networks across Europe and the Middle East.
-   Experience managing enterprise accounts across industries and turning senior relationships into long-term commercial engagements.
-   Confidence in the room with C-level executives and regional business leaders — and the ability to be useful, not just present.
-   Commercial instinct: you understand enterprise value and know how to frame AI and data solutions in terms that matter to decision-makers.
-   Exceptional communication — written, verbal, and in the room — across diverse markets and cultures.
-   Genuine exposure to AI, whether through project work, independent learning, or adjacent experience. You don't need to train models, but you need to believe in what you're representing.
-   Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a strong plus.

-   Experience leading international expansion from scratch in a high-growth environment.
-   Meaningful relationships with cloud hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, GCP) or major system integrators.
