## Description

Service Packing Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Sterling Heights, MI  
Area: 14 1/2 Mile Road & Mound  
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM  
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Position Overview:  
We are currently seeking dependable Service Packing Associates for a production facility in Sterling Heights. This position focuses on preparing, packaging, and repackaging automotive parts for shipment to dealerships in a clean and fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Package and repackage automotive parts according to company procedures
-   Inspect parts and packaging for quality, accuracy, and damage
-   Label, sort, and organize parts for shipment and distribution
-   Follow packing instructions and daily production requirements
-   Prepare completed orders for shipping and delivery
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as needed

## Requirements

Qualifications:

-   Previous packaging, warehouse, or production experience is preferred
-   Automotive parts experience is helpful, but not required
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
-   Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
-   Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
