## Description

The AI Enablement Consultant drives organisation-wide AI adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team, this role identifies high-impact opportunities, shapes initiatives from concept to implementation, and embeds best practices for sustainable success. By promoting governance, enabling training, and providing hands-on support, the consultant helps integrate AI into everyday operations. This will unlock efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working in collaboration with Agent Developers and Copilot Specialists.

**Key Actions**

-   **Identify & Deliver AI Solutions:** Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, shape strategic use cases, and guide them from concept to production, ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable value
-   **Enable Adoption & Best Practices:** Design engaging training, promote consistent standards in usability, governance, and risk management, and embed AI into everyday operations
-   **Collaborate & Innovate:** Partner across IT, marketing, customer service, and more to align initiatives, scale solutions, and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes
-   **Monitor & Improve:** Track adoption, costs, and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance
-   **Provide Expertise & Share Knowledge:** Offer technical guidance on AI platforms, troubleshoot issues, and actively share insights to shape the organisation’s AI strategy
-   **Engage Stakeholders & Lead Change:** Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth, successful implementation
-   **General Responsibilities:** Adhere to the Code of Conduct and comply with all regulatory and training requirements

## Requirements

-   Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, think logically, and analyse information effectively
-   Clear and confident communicator, able to convey ideas effectively to a range of audiences
-   Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time
-   Ability to adjust quickly and effectively when circumstances or priorities change
-   Familiarity with training approaches and experience collaborating with training teams to support platform-related learning
-   Proven experience managing stakeholders at different levels 
-   Educated to degree level in a technology related subject, or evidence equivalent experience
-   Proactive in developing your own knowledge and skills, with a willingness to learn and grow independently
